Take Class With Chris...
One of L.A.'s busiest casting directors of Commercials and Indie Film, Chris' clients have included Pepsi, Mercedes, Conoco, Taco Bell and many others. By teaching and coaching for over 16 years from the experience of a working CD, and identifying with students from the perspective of an actor, Chris Game elucidates the business of auditioning. He gives you invaluable practice in simulated audition sessions. All classes are on camera classes and all actors are put on tape to help critique needs and progress. Chris will go over every possible type of audition and show you how to prepare for, and excel, in each audition environment. Chris' classes are also industry friendly in terms of missing for shooting or auditions. Make up classes are always an option for the working actor who is out for a booking!
“Class was great last night. Your information is immeasurable. NO ONE teaches a class like yours! It’s like a private coaching/class -- all in one! I adore your energy!” -- Jodi Harrison
This comprehensive ON- CAMERA CLASS includes, SCRIPT ANALYSIS, COLD READING TECHNIQUE, AUDITION PREP, CALLBACKS, *SCENE STUDY, AND... PREPARES YOU FOR BEING ON SET ONCE YOU'VE BOOKED. Chris changes the curriculum with each cycle of the class, so students can work on the most up-to-date trends in film and tv. *Chris' ongoing Scene Study, or "Master Class," as deemed by some, is now open for you to grab a spot! Ongoing Scene Study is offered on your choice of Wednesday evenings or Thursday evenings at 7:30 p.m. in Hollywood.
In Chris Game's on going Scene Study Class, you'll often hear him say, "What would the human do... now what does the camera want." In HBO's recent documentary, SPIELBERG, Steven Spielberg says of making JAWS, "It was technology over art every single day." Come find out what he meant by that and how the solution for the actor in that equation is always, and only... ON CAMERA preparation. Most actors today sign up to act, and react with a scene partner. Meanwhile, decades ago when the first accessible camera came to town creating silent film, Buster Keaton, the actor, took it apart to see what he could do in front of it.
In the modern world, anything can be your black box theater, and the camera is a scene partner. Stop ignoring it, and learn what you can do in front of it. It is one thing to be a great actor, but to be a film maker's dream... to be asked back to set because you KNOW HOW TO UTILIZE THE CAMERA to your advantage, is a different kind of engine, one that has changed the face of the way we take class as well as audition to date.
"We see a tremendous difference in the auditions of the actors who are active in class, ON CAMERA, and can absolutely pin point the ones who are not."
Paid in full: $590 (less than $200 a month). Payment Plan: $220 monthly (Still less than competing on camera classes).

Sometimes the actor just needs to WORK that muscle. If you are working on something out of your wheel house: comedic timing, cold reading, emotion/the infamous "can you cry on the spot," whatever engine you need to improve or if you just need a tune up.
